We encourage patients to use our eConsult service, available via our website, as the preferred method for requesting appointments and submitting administrative queries. When calling, our team may ask whether you have used this service—not to be obstructive, but because it enables us to manage requests in the most efficient and clinically appropriate way, as outlined below.

Traditional contact methods, including telephone and in-person enquiries, remain available for those who need them. Where possible, we kindly encourage patients to use eConsult.
Our phone lines are open between Monday to Friday, 08:00-1830. We use an automated telephone system to manage all incoming calls. During busy periods, you may be placed in a queue. Parking & Disabled Access
Patient parking is available at the front of the building. Disabled parking spaces are provided, and the building is fully accessible.
Parking spaces at the side and rear of the building are reserved for staff only.
To help ensure parking remains available for all patients, please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time. We kindly ask that cars are not left in the car park if you are leaving the premises.
Non-Smoking
Polite reminder: Pendre Surgery is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including outside entrances.
