New Appointment System
We have implemented a new appointment booking system. It’s 100% online and electronic, using the triage system through eConsult. If you are unable to use this system, please call to speak to one of our reception team who will help complete it for you. We do ask however that if you have internet access via a phone, tablet or PC, etc. that you must use the system yourself. It’s simple to use, and no login or passwords are required.

Welcome To Pendre Surgery, Mold.
Drs Poyner, Hlinomazova, Beebe, Burton, Morgan, Bentley and Williams.
Please note, from the 1st Nov 2023, our appointment booking system has changed. Click here for more information. The eConsult system which supports this change is operational between 0800-1600 Monday to Friday.
The present premises of Pendre Surgery were originally built in 1965 and were one of the first purpose-built surgeries in Wales. Our team comprises of a brilliant and welcoming group of receptionists, administration staff, managers, doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants and a pharmacy team who are all here to help.
The doctors practise together as a non-limited partnership. We undertake training for undergraduate medical students and we mentor pharmacists and nurse practitioners.
Please allow a minimum of 72 working hours (3 working days) to process your prescription request.
For results, please telephone between 4.00pm to 6.00pm.
We will endeavour to get you to see the GP of your choice. However, at times this may not be possible due to current pressures on the NHS.
Some of our GP's and Nurses can speak fluently in Welsh. Do ask us if you require this service. The above GP Policy may apply, but we will endevour to offer this to you.
Practice Training Afternoons
Please note that the surgery will be closed from 1.00pm until 5.00pm on one Wednesday each month for staff training. Posters will be displayed on the main doors two weeks in advance of closure date. If you urgently require a GP during this time please telephone the normal surgery number and you will be given the emergency number on the answer machine.
The surgery now has a facebook page.
