The directions provide an updated legal basis on which GP contractors are required to allow DHCW to access patient information and DHCW is to collect and process the relevant information to facilitate the delivery of the 2025 COVID-19 booster programmes in Wales, in the same manner as previously required for vaccination campaigns during 2023 and 2024
