Our computer system is not working, this is due to a problem with the network into the surgery. Our phone lines at present are still operational, but we have no access to the computers.

Therefore:

• Today will be emergencies only;
• If you have a pre-booked appointment, please attend as usual.
• For routine health concerns, please may we ask that you call us back later in the week. This will enable us to deal with urgent and emergency cases today.

BT and Open Reach are working to resolve the matter urgently.
